Designed and organized for efficiency, we use state-of-the-art machinery for vineyard care, ensuring optimal timing in vine protection. Operating our own harvesting machines allows us to find the best moment in grape ripeness every year. The most important criteria here is the taste of the grapes. The grapes are gently pressed using the most modern technology and then fermented in computerized, temperature-controlled tanks. The young wines are allowed to rest before being bottled as estate wines in either bottles or bag-in-boxes.

In addition to our estate bottled products, we put our partners’ design ideas into practice. In tune with the desired taste profile and price point, we produce exclusive Rheingau white and rosé wines.
